KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster plate, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric kettle for preparing food and drinks independently and without ingredient supply **.
The use of all appliances is intended for the exclusive use of the guests who own the stay at the facility.
SMOKE
The facility does not have smoking rooms, smoking is prohibited throughout the facility ( it is only allowed in the outdoor area where ceramic flooring is present )
CLIMATE SYSTEM
The air conditioning system should be activated only while in the facility and taking care to close all openings to the outside through the DAIKIN wall-mounted fixed remote control in the kitchen.
The heating system may be optionally activated upon request to the management.
OUTDOOR SPA SHOWER SYSTEM
The SPA area consists of a shower and a waterfall jet with hot and cold water seat and two sunbeds to be used during daylight hours, taking care not to overuse and ensuring that the water systems are perfectly closed to avoid wasting water
OUTDOOR LIGHTING SYSTEM
The outdoor lighting system consists of automated lighting from 20:00 to 02:00 and one that can be implemented through switches inside the kitchen/entrance area taking care to ensure that they are turned off when not in the facility.
DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE
In case of damage to the facility or objects, in case of missing linens and/or objects, or loss of keys, a penalty fee will be charged to the credit card indicated during CHECK IN . This penalty will be calculated according to the extent of the damage done.
